The room was brand-new and perfectly clean, it had an extra easy chair and a writing table. Everything was very good, though a few employees were not very helpful. The location turned out to be great and perfect, short walk to Waffle House, several restaurants and the Florida Caverns State park.

The room was brand-new and immaculately clean with a king bed, with essentials required. A microwave oven and coffee/tea making equipment were very handy.

The rooms are brand-new and spotless with exceptionally comfortable beds and smoke detectors. The bathroom with a bathtub.

It became my favorite place to stay in Marianna. Rooms were newly remodelled, everything was really good.

Appreciated our newly remodelled rooms, plus the staff was CONSISTENTLY COURTEOUS. Booked a room with a king bed. The food was good with variety of alternatives.

All in all marvellous and absolutely perfect setting not far from restaurants, the Florida Caverns State park and Marianna on a business trip. Also, to Waffle House.

Hotel's location was marvellous and comfortable, to all restaurants. Plus, it was really close to Marianna on a business trip, trucks and mall, restaurants, gas and highways.

top floor was quiet

furniture was totally worn out,doors and walls dirty,carpet was filthy,telephone didn't work. For this we paid about $100 and dogs were barking in the hall and at the front desk. I was very disapointed.

Friendly staff and nice firm bed. Good breakfast choices.

We were sent to a room w/2 double beds, I reserved a king bed. One of the beds had been slept in. Then we went to our new king bed room and someone had used the toilet and not flushed, also there was sand on the bathroom counter.

The room was clean and simple, perfect for a short stay. The breakfast included was a bonus, and having a fridge in the room was convenient. The front desk service was excellent and the staff provided requested amenities, such as extra pillows.

Felt very relaxed, no complaints.

The staff were very courteous and the room was very clean. Overall, American Inn and Suites provided high value for the nightly rate.

My room smelled like a dog was in it when the heat was turned on I found a dogtag (human necklace) left by a previous customer a real doggie treat was found in the room evidence of it not being throughly cleaned I did not get a discount for checking out @ 4pm instead of 12noon and charged a full day
